Step Two


One day later and the scale has dropped 2 lbs. OMG! Could that 30-minute walk yesterday really have worked? It's obviously motivated me to do it again. That's right - I took a 31-minute walk today. I'm giving myself a pat on the back as it was cool, damp, and possibly going to rain and I still did it. Hooray for me!
